Purchasing pixelized advertising

General conditions:

You can choose different sizes for your advertising spaces(s), depending on availability. You can use the logo of your broker or company, an image, text, etc.

The ads can be square or rectangle, examples:

40 pixels x 40 pixels = 1600 pixels
50 pixels x 50 pixels = 2500 pixels
60 pixels x 70 pixels = 4200 pixels or more depending on the available space.

You can also choose linear spaces if your advertisement is in text format. Please note that each letter represents 10 pixels x 10 pixels with a maximum based on the available space. With your advertisement a link will be in place to access your Web site or your informations. Agents par secteurs.com inc must approve the sizes and locations of your advertisement.

Agents par secteurs.com inc. reserves the right to determine the dimensions of the advertisement within any choosen sectors. The space within the maps is reserved for real estate agents and brokers. The space outside of the maps is available to advertise products and services which relate to the real estate industry. Other options are available based on your needs; contact us for more information.

You must have the rights to use a name or image you provide us with for your ad and they are required to respect the laws of Canada, of the Province of Quebec and international copyrights laws. No vugar images or links will be tolerated. No offensing text will be accepted.

The pixelized ads posted or displayed within the site of agentsparsecteur.com are not the property of the client; they are considered as rented space for a two year period.

There will be no refund after the publication of the ad. You can request at anytime the removal of your ad. However, the client can sublet or sign over his space to a person or company with the approbation of Agents par secteurs.com inc.; tranfer fees are applicable.

Agentsparsecteur.com reserves the right to cancel you participation if the conditions herein mentioned are not respected or if the links or contents fail to respect municipal, provincial or federal laws related to this site.

The real estate agent or broker must hold a valid licence form the ACAIQ.

You can send us a logo, sign or identification via your broker or other acceptable source in GIF or JPEG format with a dimension as close as possible to the size of your advertising space in order to get a good quality image.

Our method of payment is by check. Make sure you tell us the size (in pixesl) you desire and we will contact you in order to complete the details of your advertising space. Click here for the application form
